Chris Fischer Senior Producer | Cinematographer

Chris Fischer is Cinematographer, Senior Producer and Director of Business Development at Rushlight Agency, and the founder of All Around Project, an independent production company. His wildlife documentary Dust — which he wrote, directed, shot, edited, color graded, and sound designed on a $50,000 budget with a crew of three during COVID-19 lockdowns in Botswana's Northern Kalahari — was licensed by National Geographic under a three-year EMEA deal. First deal: TG4 Ireland.

His work spans four continents across multiple disciplines: documentary, luxury travel film, western and outdoor brand, lifestyle, music videos, and commercial production. Regardless of the project, or the subject, Chris always aims to tell real moments, blending authenticity with emotion in every project.

Devon Lyon Director | Senior Producer

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of directing and producing work for clients ranging from global brands like Intel and Nike to local businesses and organizations. In 2025, I was honored with an Emmy nomination for a commercial I directed and co-produced for Moda Health and the Portland Trail Blazers, a reminder of why I love this work. But what I value most is the collaboration: listening closely, respecting what makes each client unique, and bringing ideas to life with creativity and care. Graham Molthan Art Director | Motion Graphics

I am a creative problem solver ready to take on any challenge. My job is simple: clearly communicate, analyze the problem, and then bring ideas to life with style and skill. In other words, I make our clients look good while visually communicating their message. My expertise encompasses a range of disciplines, including corporate identity, web design, motion graphics, and illustration. Working both as an in-house designer and a freelancer I have a proven track record, having collaborated with renowned brands such as Disney, Wizards of the Coast, Summit Racing, and Industrial Finishes.

Tayleranne Bray Producer

I’m passionate about helping organizations communicate in ways that truly connect, especially through public affairs campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire action. As an Emmy-nominated producer, I work with an integrated team at Rushlight to shape and support campaigns that matter. From developing messaging to contributing to production, I focus on making complex issues clear, compelling, and audience-driven. I believe every organization has a unique story to tell, and I enjoy bringing that to life in ways that resonate. Whether working directly with clients or alongside creatives, my goal is always to deliver campaigns with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

Ashlynn Beaton Production Assistant

Ashlynn is a graduate of West Salem High School where she was a member of the state champion marching band. Her education then took her to the Wine Studies program at Chemeketa Community College. Since Rushlight’s inception in 2023, Ashlynn has enjoyed working alongside the team as a production assistant. Prior to joining Rushlight, Ashlynn was a Team Leader at In-N-Out and brings with her a suite of organizational and interpersonal skills to assist the Rushlight team and clients.
