Chris Fischer Senior Producer | Cinematographer
​Chris Fischer is a filmmaker and cinematographer who has told stories across the globe, from filming lions in Africa to capturing wolves and bison in Yellowstone. His work spans documentaries, brand films, and music videos, but no matter the project, his focus is always authenticity. Chris chases moments that feel alive and true, shaping them into visuals that move people, linger in memory, and invite audiences to see the world a little differently.
Devon Lyon Director | Senior Producer
I believe understanding comes first, and everything else follows. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of directing and producing work for clients ranging from global brands like Intel and Nike to local businesses and organizations. What I value most is the collaboration: listening closely, respecting what makes each client unique, and bringing ideas to life with creativity and care. In 2025, I was honored with an Emmy nomination for a commercial I directed for Moda Health and the Portland Trail Blazers, a reminder of why I love this work. For me, the best part of this work is creating meaningful things alongside people and organizations I admire. \

I am a creative problem solver ready to take on any challenge. My job is simple: clearly communicate, analyze the problem, and then bring ideas to life with style and skill. In other words, I make our clients look good while visually communicating their message. My expertise encompasses a range of disciplines, including corporate identity, web design, motion graphics, and illustration. Working both as an in-house designer and a freelancer I have a proven track record, having collaborated with renowned brands such as Disney, Wizards of the Coast, Summit Racing, and Industrial Finishes.

Ashlynn Beaton Production Assistant
Ashlynn is a graduate of West Salem High School where she was a member of the state champion marching band. Her education then took her to the Wine Studies program at Chemeketa Community College. Since Rushlight’s inception in 2023, Ashlynn has enjoyed working alongside the team as a production assistant. Prior to joining Rushlight, Ashlynn was a Team Leader at In-N-Out and brings with her a suite of organizational and interpersonal skills to assist the Rushlight team and clients.
